Katija, she's a Goddess of Hospitality. Having her behind a bar is a promise of a good night for nightclub owners. She's fast, accurate, has full of knowledge for running bars and most of all, has the heart to look after people.

She used to come to Habanero the cafe I worked for, for breakfast after work at weekends, had turned bottles upside down for several hundred times to make drinks, dealt with drunken assholes, eyeliners were smudged... must had been exhausted but yet she still looked beautiful in the morning lights.
